Enchanted Garden Layer Skirt - Rose Vine PREORDER

A flouncy and flowy 100% cotton layer skirt, tiered with light green gingham fabric, embroidered white cotton and gorgeous pink roses. 

The skirt features an elastic section in the back, as well as a zipper, with straps to tie a ribbon for the perfect fit.
