With 100% cotton lace, main fabric and lining, these comfy bloomers are perfect as shorts worn on their own or under skirts for safety and extra fluff. It has a fully elasticated waist, which can be folded down for a low hip look, or for removing volume in the waist when layered with a skirt.

This is a preorder item. Preorder begins on the 2nd of November and does not have an end date, though stocks will be limited and sizes may sell out. Shipment is estimated for mid to late December.
